OWNER - DAVE VERACKA
Dave Veracka is a Brockton, MA native who turned his passion for motorcycles into a career and started the family’s first motorcycle dealership. In 1977, Dave opened a Kawasaki franchise, Brockton Cycle Center in their hometown. After decades in the metric business, Dave acquired his first Harley-Davidson store, Green Mountain Harley-Davidson in Essex Junction, VT. Which later led to purchasing Schott’s Harley/Honda/Yamaha located in Lewiston, Maine and the decision was made to split them into 2 stores (L-A Harley-Davidson & Central Maine Powersports). Taking them from 500 sold units to 1600 units in a short time.
When Dave and Charlyn's sons, Michael and Paul, got into the business, they partnered on Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson in 2008 and have continued to add more Harley-Davidson dealerships over the years.
You can find Dave and his wife Charlyn on Cape Cod in the summer and at the Palm Beach H-D location in the winters.
